1. Company information

"Plemmo" is a trading name used jointly by the two companies below. Depending on the service requested, you may contract with either company or with a selected third-party provider. Full details are provided before any agreement is entered into.

Plemmo is a trading name used jointly by PLEMMO SERVICES LTD and Digitease Business Solutions Ltd. Depending on the service requested, customers may contract with either PLEMMO SERVICES LTD or Digitease Business Solutions Ltd, or with a selected third-party provider. Full details will be provided before any agreement is entered into.

3. Regulatory status

We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and we do not provide financial, legal, tax or other regulated advice. We act as an introducer, reseller and referral partner only.

4. Service-specific disclosures

Card machines & payments

Plemmo acts as an introducer, reseller and referral partner for selected payment solution providers. We are not a direct merchant acquirer or payment processor. Merchant agreements are entered into with the payment provider, on their terms.

Business funding

Plemmo is not a lender and is not FCA authorised. We only introduce incorporated business enquiries to third-party lenders and finance providers. Funding introductions are intended for incorporated businesses, and eligibility requirements are determined by the lender or finance provider.

Energy & connectivity

Plemmo acts solely as an introducer for business energy and connectivity services and does not provide energy brokerage services. We are not an energy supplier. We introduce enquiries to selected partners.

EPOS & digital signage

EPOS systems and signage are supplied directly by Plemmo or by approved partners, subject to business-to-business terms. Pricing is indicative and may vary by specification, installation and availability.

5. Commission

We may receive commission or referral fees from providers when you proceed following an introduction. See our Commission Disclosure.
